| What should I do if the car breaks down? |
We take responsibility for good technical condition of the car during the rental so in case of a minor fault just contact our manager to call a mechanic. For more serious disrepairs we replace the broken car with a car of the same class.

| What should I do if my car is stolen? |
* Report a claim at the police department
* Instantly contact an Alfacar dispatcher
* Hand in the car keys and documents to Alfacar

| How much gas will a rented car have? |
The gas tank will be full at the pick-up time.

| Do I have to wash the car and fill the tank before returning? |
Yes, please return a clean car with a full tank.

| What should I do if I cannot meet the return deadline or the car has not been washed, or the tank is not full? |
Please contact an Alfacar manager and inform him/her of your difficulties. We will not charge you extra if the delay does not exceed 2 hours or is caused by circumstances beyond your control like heavy traffic on Moscow roads.
